Great to meet you!

If you've spent a long time handling everything on your own, the idea of opening up in therapy can feel uncomfortable — maybe even a little vulnerable. You might be stuck in your head, second-guessing yourself, or repeating patterns you can't quite break no matter how hard you try. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. You just need a willingness to start, and I'll meet you right there.

My approach to therapy

I'm Alecia Denillo, LPC, and I specialize in working with young adults, people who are new to therapy, and individuals in recovery. If you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or relationship patterns that keep pulling you back to the same place, this is the space to start untangling them. My style is warm, collaborative, and completely judgment-free — less like being analyzed and more like finally having a space that's entirely yours, where you can be honest, go at your own pace, and actually be heard.

What you can expect from me

Together we'll explore what's been holding you back, build genuine self-trust, and develop tools that help you show up with more confidence, clearer boundaries, and a lot less second-guessing. Growth doesn't have to be overwhelming — it starts with one conversation and builds from there. When you're ready to take that first step toward feeling more grounded and like yourself again, I'm here.
