Great to meet you!

I’m Allie, a therapist who believes healing happens through authentic connection and feeling truly seen. Before becoming a counselor, I worked in education, advising, and community mental health, and those experiences deeply inform the way I show up with clients. I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, and self‐worth challenges. In our work together, my hope is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself and move at a pace that feels right.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way that centers safety, honesty, and real connection. My style is warm and straightforward—I name patterns gently, help you understand what’s happening internally, and support you in building practical tools that actually fit your life. Together, we move at a pace that honors your nervous system and your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a grounded, relational space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll explore what’s been happening in your life, what you’re hoping to understand or shift, and what helps you feel safe and supported. I move at your pace, checking in often and making sure the process feels collaborative. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we’ll work together and what healing might look like for you.
