Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Supervisor with nearly 10 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with a focus on culturally responsive care.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I have a particular interest in helping clients reconnect with their motivation, discover or redefine their sense of purpose, and heal experiences from childhood that may continue to influence their emotions, relationships, and sense of self today. Together, we can explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you while also developing practical tools to help you move forward.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. When appropriate, our work may also explore inner-child healing, identity, self-worth, spirituality, relationships, and life purpose.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters to you, and create meaningful changes that align with the person you want to become. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding not only what you are experiencing today, but also the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and the world around you.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate inner-child work when appropriate to help clients explore unresolved experiences, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion.

A central part of my work is helping clients reconnect with motivation and a sense of purpose. Therapy is not only about reducing symptoms—it can also be an opportunity to discover what matters to you, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and create meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll explore your current concerns, strengths, and goals while beginning to create a personalized plan for moving forward. My priority is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood.
