Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I use an empathic, open-minded, and authentic approach and culturally sensitive and trauma informed lens to help clients of all backgrounds feel safe, seen, and understood. I primarily use Person-Centered, Strengths Based, Psychodynamic, DBT, CBT and ACT interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

I work with you to understand your lived experience, perspective, beliefs, emotions, history, and context, and help you gain insight into, challenge, and replace patterns that no longer serve you. I specialize in working with adults navigating intersectional identities (culture, race, ethnicity, immigration status, generational and personal trauma, racism, sexism and oppression).

What you can expect from me
