Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My background includes work in schools, child welfare, and residential treatment settings, which means I’ve supported clients in both everyday stressors and more complex, high-needs situations.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, along with additional graduate-level training in law, which informs my understanding of systems, advocacy, and how to navigate complex environments that impact mental health.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, particularly those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. I also have experience supporting clients with ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, and life transitions.
At the core of my work is a belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported, especially during the moments when life feels overwhelming.
