Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. I began my career working with children and families in school-based settings as a Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist and earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020.

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely understood. I draw from trauma-informed, systemic, attachment-based, IFS-informed, and experiential approaches to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, ADHD and neurodivergence. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life and create meaningful steps toward healing and connection.

My approach to therapy

As a clinical mental health counselor, with a holistic approach, I help my clients understand the profound impact of relationships and early life experiences on their current belief systems. With compassion, I encourage the exploration of one's experiences, while moving to reveal new pathways to well-being and whole self. Clients often describe feeling safe, understood and valued in our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. We’ll explore your concerns, strengths, and hopes for therapy, then work together to identify meaningful goals. You can expect a conversational and collaborative experience—there is no pressure to tell your whole story at once.
