Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in medical social work and behavioral health. I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions, including those related to work, health, and relationships. I also specialize in helping women in corporate or high-pressure environments navigate bias, stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, non judgmental, and collaborative. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused, and strength-based strategies to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space. In our first session, I'll start by getting to know what brings you to therapy and exploring your current concerns, as well as any important background that will help me understand your experiences more fully.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to gain a clear picture of your needs, and we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy—whether that’s reducing stress or anxiety, navigating a life transition, improving work-life balance, or simply gaining more clarity and direction.
