Great to meet you!

I am a warm, deeply compassionate therapist dedicated to helping adults break through the heavy patterns of trauma, anxiety, and depression so they can finally find lasting peace. As a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), I blend high-level academic training with a gentle, down-to-earth approach that meets you exactly where you are. My time at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Options Counseling gave me extensive, specialized experience guiding everyday adults, military veterans, and first responders through their toughest seasons. In my care, you won't just find a clinician with strong credentials; you will find a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental partner ready to help you reclaim your life.

My approach to therapy

My primary therapeutic approach is psychodynamic therapy, a gentle and insightful method that looks beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deeper roots, underlying patterns, and survival strategies shaping your life. By pairing this with a trauma-informed, culturally competent framework, I help you understand how your past experiences and high-stress environments affect how you relate to yourself and others today. This approach ensures our work is completely collaborative, allowing us to safely process difficult memories and build lasting emotional resilience in a warm, welcoming space.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, your comfort and safety are my absolute priorities—there is no pressure to dive into deep trauma right away. We will use this time to get to know each other at your own pace, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what healing looks like for you. Think of it as a collaborative, warm conversation where we lay the foundation for our work together, ensuring you feel heard, respected, and completely secure from day one.
