Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome to Paglago by Gilmore Counseling and Wellness. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor, with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 10 years of experience. I specialize in CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. With experience in inpatient facilities, primary care integration, and chronic pain, I provide care across various settings. Recognized nationally for excellence, I empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives through patient-centered care and healthy goal development.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT, and mindfulness techniques. I specialize in anxiety and trauma, creating a safe, empathetic space for clients to explore emotions and develop practical skills. I empower clients to take an active role in their healing, focusing on achieving meaningful, lasting change while addressing unique challenges and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with increased self-awareness, practical coping skills, and a deeper understanding of their thoughts and behaviors. I work with clients to set personalized goals focused on growth, healing, and improved well-being. The environment I create is supportive and non-judgmental, helping clients feel safe to explore challenges and build the tools necessary to navigate life’s difficulties.
