Great to meet you!

I'm a social worker in CA in person with virtual slots in MA and AZ who is passionate for caring for neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, artistic types with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and borderline personality disorder. I have lived experience of OCD and trauma. That means I've done a lot of internal work and I understand the folks who often feel misunderstood in a neurotypical world. Educated at CSUN with an MSW, I have specialties in CBT, ERP, EMDR, PE and DBT.

My approach to therapy

I'm the least likely person to judge you and at the same time, I provide direct, honest, and empathetic feedback. I am solution-focused, values-based, and I enjoy collaborating with you. Your treatment plan will be values-based and personal to you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you'll find a path towards self actualization and growth that will propel your goals forward from talk to action. We may do action in session way more than talk. I use exposure response prevention with anxiety, OCD, as well as behavior activation with depression to empower you to sit less in unhelpful thinking patterns and more towards acceptance and change. ***If I work with you already, we can arrange a time to meet. Just message me at 978-396-0358.
