I'm a social worker in CA in person with virtual slots in MA, AZ, and AR who is passionate for caring for neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, artistic types with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and body dysmorphia. I have lived experience of OCD and trauma. That means I've done a lot of internal work and I understand the folks who often feel misunderstood in a neurotypical world. Educated at CSUN with an MSW, I have specialties in CBT, ERP, EMDR, PE and DBT.
