Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years in PRP and school-based therapy. Some of my focus areas are anxiety, adjustment, anger management, bullying, and relationship issues. My populations include LGBTQIA+ adolescents, individuals, couples, adolescents, and children seven years older and up.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I utilize a person-centered approach, integrating traditional therapeutic techniques with somatic methods, including Brainspotting, to support your healing process. I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Additionally, I provide support to couples, helping them navigate relationship challenges and enhance their parenting skills. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space where we can work together toward meaningful growth and well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to be heard and seen as individuals, unique, special, and important where they can grow and be met where they are at.
