Great to meet you!

I believe each of us carries an inherent inner wisdom. My role isn’t to direct or prescribe, but to walk alongside you as you deepen self-understanding and cultivate self-leadership. Through a non-pathologizing, collaborative approach, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, identifying what you truly need to feel supported and aligned.

I’m guided by a deep commitment to creating a safe, affirming space, especially for individuals and couples who haven’t always had access to the care, tools, or resources they deserve. While suffering can distance us from our truth, the connection we build in therapy can foster the resilience needed to reconnect with your voice, your purpose, and your authentic self.

And while healing often involves tending to pain, it can also be about learning how to fully experience joy.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and deeply attuned, drawing from a range of modalities to support the whole person. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help us understand and compassionately integrate the different parts of ourselves. Through Somatic Experiencing, we reconnect with the wisdom of the body and gently process the stories it holds. I also incorporate attachment-based frameworks to explore how early relational patterns shape our current relationships, with others and with ourselves.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, and the impacts of complex PTSD, as well as those seeking support around parenting, relationship challenges such as codependency, or major transitions like separation and divorce. I offer a strengths-based approach to understanding ADHD and neurodivergence, and I hold space for the often isolating experience of living with chronic illness.

I’m especially passionate about working with creatives, deeply feeling individuals, and neurodivergent folks who bring unique insight and perspective to the world. I provide affirming, inclusive therapy for queer individuals and couples, including those exploring non-monogamy, polyamory, kink, and BDSM dynamics.

What you can expect from me

Our work together is grounded in trauma-informed approaches that foster insight, deepen self-awareness, and support meaningful, practical change. I meet clients where they are, honoring your pace. Whether you’re ready to explore deeply or prefer to move more gradually. All parts of you are welcome here, held with curiosity and without judgment. I show up not only as a clinician, but as a human shaped by a range of lived experiences and identities that inform how I hold space for others. Nothing is ever too dark to bring into the light.
