Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. My degrees include an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MA in Human Behavior with a concentration in grief psychology. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, addiction, OCD, bipolar, relationship conflicts, and navigating life transitions or unexpected changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a person-centered and humanistic approach to therapy. I will strive to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey and collaborate with you to achieve your personal goals and alignment with your true values. I will provide guidance and redirection to help you restructure your life in healthy ways to be an agent of your own change. My work is guided by empowerment, empathy, and authenticity, even when that means working through discomfort to support meaningful growth. I provide a holistic approach that integrates CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, I will provide a safe space for you to share your story, free from judgement and criticism. I want you to feel heard and understood and get to know all the moving parts that make you who you are. From there we can establish your most immediate needs and balance that with your long term goals.
