Anxiety, Family Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and long-standing patterns shaped by complicated or emotionally unsafe family dynamics. Many of my clients feel stuck in over-functioning, people-pleasing, or relationships that don’t feel safe. I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the stories and survival strategies that shaped you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in somatic and relational work. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and body-based strategies to support healing that goes beyond insight into actual felt safety, self-trust, and connection. I also bring training in sex therapy to support clients with intimacy, shame, or disconnection rooted in past relational wounds.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a calm, honest space where you don’t have to perform or over-explain. We'll work together to gently shift long-held patterns, reconnect with your needs, and rebuild trust in yourself. Therapy moves at your pace, with space for both emotional depth and practical change.
