Great to meet you!

My main goal working with teenagers is to make an authentic connection and build trust as they grow through their formative years. Using humor and creativity creativity is how I support young adults with anxiety, low self esteem, and eating disorders. I did my early clinical counseling training at Beaverton High School and now work with a family systems approach to mental health. I offer individual counseling for adolescents (ages 13+) managing anxiety and perfectionism, and family therapy for repairing parent child relationships of all ages.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy where we work to improve parent and child bonds to improve adolescent mental health. Typically, I do a combination of family and individual sessions. By strengthening secure attachment in the family, young people develop positive coping and social skills for independence.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is grounded in a neurodivergent affirming and open minded space around mental health. Clients will be encouraged to slow down, practice self compassion, and practice vulnerability with themselves and others.
