Great to meet you!

I’m an LMHC and bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) with a background in community mental health and supporting diverse families. I’m someone who shows up calm, direct, and easy to talk to. I understand what it’s like to navigate culture, identity and high expectations, and I bring that awareness into my work. I specialize in anxiety, stress management, psychosis-related concerns and supporting client's through life transitions/challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on creating a safe space to breathe, reflect, understand and reconnect with yourself. I blend evidence-based practices with a relational, human-first style that honors your story. Together, we uncover the patterns shaping your life, build practical skills for everyday challenges and work toward balance that feels real and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying and what you want to change or understand better. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your experiences, your support system and the patterns you’ve noticed.

You can expect:

• A warm, nonjudgmental space

• Time for you to share your story in your own words

• A gentle structure so you don’t feel lost or overwhelmed

• A discussion of your goals and what therapy could look like moving forward
