Great to meet you!

As a trained therapist, I am here to walk alongside you during challenging moments, offering guidance, support, and understanding. My goal is to help you gain insight and perspective on your current circumstances, while developing effective coping skills that support growth and resilience. I work with individuals 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, self-esteem, women's issues, and life transitions/stress.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every client is unique and deserves an individualized approach to treatment. Using an eclectic therapeutic style, I am able to draw from multiple evidence-based modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and person-centered approaches—to best meet each client’s specific needs.
