Great to meet you!

My therapy style is warm and interactive, and I enjoy building rapport with clients over time. I believe the greatest feeling is when a client knows it's time to transition out of therapy and feels equipped to do so after our time together.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy a collaborative approach with clients. We identify your goals for therapy and what will feel like a "success" for you after our time together. I enjoy providing clients with workbook suggestions and journal prompts and brainstorming practical solutions to their concerns. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with something to focus on outside of our time together. Fifty minutes out of a week is a short period, and I do feel it's essential for clients to have direction on how to do work outside of our session as well as coping skills for when the moment calls.
