Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alexandria — but please call me Lexi.

I genuinely believe that healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and not judged. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel truly heard, and begin making meaningful, lasting changes that actually fits your life.

I have a special heart for working with young adults, women, and military members and their families, navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress, and big life transitions. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mind is always “on,” stress feels constant, or past experiences continue to show up impacting your day to day.

My background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s in Professional Counseling, along with a Graduate Certificate in Military Resiliency, from Liberty University. I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in Psychology, which allows me to continue deepening the care and knowledge I bring into the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, which means I see you as more than your symptoms or struggles. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and comfortable talking about what’s really going on in your life.

My work is collaborative, warm, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from cognitive-behavioral strategies to support you bring awareness to and shift patterns in thoughts and behaviors, emotion- and compassion-focused work to support deeper emotional understanding, self-kindness, and identity. I use nervous system–informed approaches to help you build regulation skills, increase self-awareness, and feel more grounded in everyday life.

As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I bring specialized training in understanding how anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related stress affect both the mind and body. Whether we’re working on managing stress, improving relationships, navigating life transitions, or processing difficult experiences, our work will move at a pace that feels supportive while helping you build steady, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are truly heard. I show up as an engaged, compassionate, and collaborative partner, helping you explore challenges at a pace that feels right for you.

I will bring warmth, curiosity, and practical strategies to our sessions, drawing from evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and coping skills, while also honoring your strengths and resilience. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful, lasting change.
