Great to meet you!

I’m Alexandria Williams, LPC, LCDC, founder of TheryaTM. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, trauma, ADHD, stress, and burnout. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals, deep feelers, and individuals who carry a lot of responsibility but feel exhausted underneath it.

If you’re navigating anxiety, panic symptoms, trauma responses, life transitions, relationship stress, or identity shifts, therapy can help you build clarity and emotional regulation. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, reduce stress, and feel more steady in your day-to-day life.

What I Help With

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • ADD/ADHD and executive functioning challenges
  • Stress and burnout
  • Identity and cultural issues
  • Life transitions
  • High-achieving exhaustion
  • Generational patterns
  • Emotional regulation
  • Self-trust and confidence
  • Anger Management
  • Relationship and family stress

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to support anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and stress at both the mental and nervous system levels.

In our work together, we do not just manage symptoms. We explore the patterns underneath them. That might include overthinking, perfectionism, avoidance, emotional shutdown, or feeling like you always have to be the strong one.

I am direct, warm, and practical. I will help you understand what your anxiety or stress is trying to communicate while also giving you tools you can use in real life at work, in relationships, and in moments when things feel overwhelming.

Therapy with me is collaborative and culturally aware. My goal is for you to feel clearer, steadier, and more confident in how you respond to life.

What you can expect from me

My schedule often books about 2 weeks in advance, so availability may appear limited. If you don’t see a time that works, you’re welcome to reach out through my website contact form at therya.co and I’ll help you find the next available opening.

In our first session, we focus on understanding what is bringing you in and identifying your primary goals. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, stressors, history, and current challenges to create a clear starting point.

You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to perform or minimize your struggles. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, clearer about their patterns, and hopeful about next steps.
