Great to meet you!

As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, whole-person care with a focus on helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing their concerns without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other mental health challenges, my goal is to help you feel empowered and make meaningful progress toward lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, symptoms, and goals before creating a treatment plan that fits your needs. I combine thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and education so you can feel confident and informed throughout your care. I believe the best outcomes come from building a trusting partnership with each client.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing your medical and mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms, answer any questions you have, and work with you to develop a personalized plan for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps.
