Are you struggling with feeling worried or depressed? Are you experiencing difficulty focusing or coping with life situations? Congratulations on taking the steps to improve your mental health. I feel that it is important to have your voice heard and I am here to provide a safe space just for that. I have worked as a therapist for the past 16 years with individuals and families. My goal is to help you reach for personal therapy goals.

My approach to therapy

I have a person centered approach while skills building to help individuals get the most out of sessions. primarily work with individuals who experience feelings of sadness, anxiety and history of traumatic experiences as well as periods of adjustment.

During our first session, we will have brief introductions, explore reasons for seeking therapy, share brief history, establish treatment goals and review expectations.
