I strive to be compassionate and responsive to each client’s unique needs, and I value the opportunity to help clients deepen their self-awareness, gain insight, and develop effective coping skills. Creating a safe, warm, and supportive space is central to my work, and I often use co-exploration and self-regulation techniques to help clients navigate thoughts and emotions that may feel overwhelming or difficult to make sense of.
I also enjoy working with athletes and adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges that come with sports, school, and everyday life. Whether it's managing performance anxiety, building confidence, coping with academic stress, navigating social pressures, or balancing multiple responsibilities, I work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and develop tools that support their success both in and outside of their chosen activities.
