Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I value authenticity, connection, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about working together to better understand challenges, build on strengths, and move toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

With the use of a variety of evidence-based techniques, I am skilled in helping clients reconnect with their existing strengths and build on the resources that support their growth. I strive to be compassionate and responsive to each client’s unique needs, and I value the opportunity to help clients deepen their self-awareness, gain insight, and develop effective coping skills. Creating a safe, warm, and supportive space is central to my work, and I often use co-exploration and self-regulation techniques to help clients navigate thoughts and emotions that may feel overwhelming or difficult to make sense of.

I also enjoy working with athletes and adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges that come with sports, school, and everyday life. Whether it's managing performance anxiety, building confidence, coping with academic stress, navigating social pressures, or balancing multiple responsibilities, I work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and develop tools that support their success both in and outside of their chosen activities.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to start building a foundation of trust and understanding. We will explore what has led you to seek therapy, discuss any challenges or concerns you are currently experiencing, and talk about your goals for treatment. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling supported, with a clearer understanding of how we can work together to help you move toward the changes and growth you are seeking.
