Great to meet you!

I work collaboratively with adults navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and questions related to identity, meaning, and spiritual growth. My approach is grounded in humanistic-existential, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented psychotherapy, with treatment tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals. I value creating a thoughtful and supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters insight, healing, and meaningful change.

Clients often tell me that I help them reframe long-held perspectives, gain new insights, and make different choices that better align with who they want to be. They describe feeling seen, heard, and valued in our work together. Many also report that therapy has helped them develop a deeper sense of self-worth and become more fully themselves.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process shaped by each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be influencing how you relate to yourself, others, and the challenges you face. My goal is not to tell you who to be or what choices to make, but to support greater clarity, self-understanding, and confidence in navigating life in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also ask some questions about your background and relevant history to better understand your current experience in context.

I aim for the first session to feel like the beginning of a collaborative relationship, not an interview. Many clients leave with a greater sense of clarity, feeling heard and understood, and with an initial sense of direction for our work together.
