Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I have worked with adults, children, families and couples for the last 5 years, and have an additional 10+ years of experience in working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

I like to help my patients focus on building healthy coping skills, stronger communication tools, and ways to feel more confident and motivated in their day to day lives. I engage an individualized approach to each session so that we can focus on what you need at that time.

What you can expect from me

Although telehealth services may not always feel as warm or inviting as in-person, I try to make our sessions focused on what you need in the moment and how you can feel the comfortable in processing your feelings and experiences.
