Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are looking for support, clarity, and practical tools to help them navigate difficult moments in their lives.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive and mindfulness-based therapies, and I tailor our work to fit your goals, values, and what feels most helpful for you.

Therapy with me is a space to better understand what’s going on, learn skills you can use in daily life, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness and present-moment awareness. I believe that meaningful change begins by learning how to notice what’s happening within us — our thoughts, emotions, and patterns — with greater clarity and compassion.

In our work together, mindfulness is used in a practical, accessible way to help you feel more grounded, less reactive, and better able to respond to life’s challenges. Rather than trying to “fix” everything around you, we focus on building awareness, skills, and insight that support lasting change from the inside out.

Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, helping you develop tools you can use in everyday life to feel more steady, connected, and aligned with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on what’s bringing you to therapy right now. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or navigating changes in your relationships or life circumstances, our work will be guided by your goals and what feels most helpful to you.

Sessions are practical and reflective, combining conversation, skill-building, and increased self-awareness. Over time, clients often find they feel more grounded, gain clarity about patterns in their lives, and develop tools they can use outside of sessions.

I work with both individuals and couples, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are, at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
