Great to meet you!

Your search for the RIGHT therapist ends here.

Overwhelmed, overthinking, and holding it all together? You don’t have to anymore.

I help individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression and relationship stress with practical tools and compassionate therapy.

  • High-functioning on the outside, overwhelmed on the inside? Let’s change that.
  • Want to break old relationship patterns, build healthier connections, set boundaries, and learn to communicate without losing yourself?
  • Seeking therapy for the mental load no one sees?
  • Searching for less chaos and more clarity?
  • Ready to finally understand your brain—and work with it, not against it?

I’ve got you covered.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed clinical therapist offering compassionate, practical support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, women’s health challenges, relationship struggles, and the mental load of modern life. I blend evidence-based approaches—like CBT and strengths-focused work—with integrative strategies that honor the mind-body connection and your unique goals.

While my background includes chronic illness, diabetes care, and weight-related concerns, my work today centers on helping people feel more balanced, focused, and emotionally well—not just “functional.”

My therapy style is compassionate, collaborative, and outcome-focused, meaning my goal is to help you find relief for your struggles and achieve your goals. As an integrative mental health provider, much of my work involves strategies that promote both mental and physical health as we know these are uniquely connected.

As a team, we will work together to tailor a treatment plan that meets your needs. CBT, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches are fundamental to my work as well.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me isn’t just talk—it’s a collaborative path toward relief, clarity, and real-life change.

You can expect a space that feels supportive, honest, and energizing. Sessions may include insight, strategy, laughter, and the occasional “oh wow, that makes sense” moment. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling clearer, grounded, and equipped with something tangible to move you forward.

If you’re ready for therapy that feels both validating and effective, I’d love to work with you.

Let’s do this!
