Great to meet you!

I’m a neuro-spicy therapist, who helps late diagnosed and high-masking neurodivergent adults understand themselves and find more ease in daily life.

I've been working with neurodivergent humans for the better part of the last 10 years. Being late-diagnosed or questioning can feel confusing and lonely. That's why I try my best to create a space that feels affirming and practical.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded. I integrate somatic work to help you connect with your nervous system, and I use art therapy tools if you request them.

Most importantly, we’ll focus on what feels right for you as we work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you hope for. I’ll ask a few questions to get to know your story, and we’ll set the pace together. I will give you a clear idea about what therapy will look like based on your unique needs.

Whether you're looking for a more traditional talk-therapy feel, or art-based interventions, we can find what feels right for you!
