Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including teens, adults, and older adults (65+). I have worked with individuals, groups, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma and PTSD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and other life stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, encouraging, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic techniques, integrating Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This combination helps enhance self-awareness, build resilience, and empower clients to make meaningful changes, decisions, and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

I help create a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. By fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, recognize behavioral patterns, and develop healthy strategies for everyday living.
