Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns and identities including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism), and other developmental disabilities, vocational stress, chronic illness, women’s issues, infertility and disability-related work and school-place barriers. I have experience working with individuals from historically underrepresented underserved communities, international clients, interracial couples and families, women, immigrants/refugees as well as the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, collaborative, and interactive. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen, provide guidance, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.

I provide individual, couples, and family counseling for young adults and adults, as well as wellness coaching. I offer telehealth appointments in both English and French.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to counseling. You’ll have space to share what you’re experiencing, what you hope will be different, and what you would like to work toward.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll work together to identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop a path forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My role is to support, listen, and provide guidance while you remain at the center of your own growth and healing.
