My approach blends evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to support clients in building resilience and achieving their goals. I utilize a strengths-based approach as foundation in many instances to identify a person's self resilience.
Our first session will allow you the opportunity to introduce yourself and disclose your reason for engaging in therapy. As your therapist, I will partner with you to state your desired goals and outcomes from therapy.
