Great to meet you!

"There can be no transforming of darkness into light ... without emotion." -Jung Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the core of my training. It embraces the belief systems of the past that affect your present. It's a state-of-mind that defines thinking that affects emotion. To become aware is not to change, but to understand and accept. I don't offer advice - I offer choices -not something others feel 'should' be. Come. Sit. Talk. Let's wander your path together.

My approach to therapy

Patients are taught to dispute their irrational beliefs by replacing them with rational, adaptive beliefs. This involves examining the logical consequences of holding onto irrational beliefs and disputing them with more rational alternatives. I teach, I guide, and I hold patients accountable.

What you can expect from me

A full understanding of the methods and techniques utilized in sessions and an introduction to the modalities of neuroplasticity.
