Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social worker, my style is rooted in focusing on your individual strengths to help you achieve your goals for seeking therapy. I've been practicing for almost 15 years focusing working with adults on general mental health with specializations in substance abuse, trauma, and suicidality.

My approach to therapy

I believe that that therapy is a relationship. Like all relationships, we each come with our own strengths and opportunities. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to practice effective communication within the therapeutic relationship so that you can be effective outside of the therapy room, practice skills to build on your strengths, and closer to the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an intake session where we will discuss what brings you to my office and how we might be able to work on your goals or concerns together. I want to create a place you feel safe to share while we get to know each other.
