Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, and chronic stress. I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and, most importantly, empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, build on your existing strengths, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical pathways to help you move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychosomatic therapies, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss your story, your current challenges, and what you'd like to achieve through therapy. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself and feel comfortable sharing openly. Along the way, I'll offer support, encouragement, and practical guidance as we work together toward optimal health, healing, wholeness and happiness.
