Great to meet you!

Hello! I become licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Wyoming in 2022. I have experience working with various challenges clients face, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, motivation, and life changes. I began working with clients in an online setting in 2023, and have discovered that it provides those who need evening and weekend appointments the opportunity to obtain counseling services around busy schedules. This is something I find deeply meaningful and important. I become trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA approved training program in 2024.

My approach to therapy

I approach clients as if they are the experts in their own lives. I deeply believe that clients have an innate ability to heal within themselves, and often access this inner resilience when a safe, empowering, and non-judgemental presence is obtained. Becoming EMDR trained made me even more passionate about helping my clients become aware of the significance of the past on their present lives. I work alongside my clients to process, making meaning of, and escape the chains of the past to bloom and gain/regain the life we all deserve.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be educated, empowered, and collaborated with as they work with me. Often significant events, core beliefs, and core values are explored, challenged, and reframed when needed.
