Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy to individuals across the lifespan. My clinical experience spans a range of settings—from inpatient to outpatient—and I’m passionate about helping people gain clarity, emotional balance, and long-term stability through thoughtful, evidence-based care.

I’m also fluent in Russian and bring a multicultural, inclusive perspective to my work. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or life transitions, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you with compassion and clinical expertise.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to take an active role in your treatment. While I specialize in medication management, I often incorporate supportive therapy and lifestyle strategies to address root causes—not just symptoms.

I value open communication and take time to explain diagnoses, medication options, and treatment plans. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” solutions and will work with you to tailor your care to your specific goals and preferences. Whether you’re new to psychiatric care or seeking a fresh perspective, I aim to build a relationship based on trust and shared decision-making.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they are met with curiosity, warmth, and clinical insight. My sessions are collaborative and practical—I want you to leave each appointment with a clear understanding of your progress, next steps, and concrete tools to manage your mental health.

Together, we will track outcomes, reassess regularly, and define what success looks like for you. Whether your goal is symptom relief, emotional resilience, or simply feeling like yourself again, I’ll be here to guide, educate, and advocate for your well-being every step of the way.
