Great to meet you!

I love working with clients motivated for change. I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years where I have gained training in trauma treatment, sex therapy and coping with symptoms related to mental health conditions. Although I have worked with a variety of populations, my current focus is adults, individuals and couples.

My approach to therapy

I utilize CBT with working with adults. Despite being rooted in CBT, I consider myself eclectic because I find value in Mindfulness techniques, DBT and other evidenced based techniques to manage symptoms and treat disorders.

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that you feel empowered after a session with me. Our work together will aid you in gaining clarity regarding your definition of your best self and strategies to become that version of you.
