Great to meet you!

It is an honor to hear someone's story. I do not take lightly what it takes to decide to talk to someone.

I heard it said, "Client's don't care what you know. They want to know that you care." This sentiment describes best how I am with each person I speak with.

I invite you to visit MindSpaceHealth.com to see more details.

My approach to therapy

You are coming to counseling because you want to feel better, something different. You may even want some direction. I describe what I do as wiping the fog off the mirror so that you can see yourself again. Advice giving is only given when people don't believe in your ability to think. We can get a little clouded sometimes but just need a little boost to be restarted.

What you can expect from me

Each session, I will ask you what you are hoping for in the session. You will leave with tools that you can use immediately.
