Welcome ladies and couples... All you who are weary, tired, confused, and overwhelmed...come sit with me for a while and let's find sanctuary, healing and peace. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma and also licensed in Kansas as well with 40 years of Social Work and Clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families and children.

I practice from a Biblical yet practical perspective with a goal to provide a calm, peaceful non-judgmental atmosphere in order to enable you to safely work through those issues in life that are causing conflict within your soul.

I utilize many treatment modalities to meet your individual needs which can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapies, Mindfulness, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems work.
