Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist and credentialed school psychologist, I specialize in evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. My clinical experience includes helping youth navigate OCD, anxiety disorders, ARFID, tic disorders, trauma, and mood-related challenges. I use a collaborative approach to help children build confidence, develop coping skills, and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals while using approaches such as CBT, ERP, ACT, and PCIT when appropriate. I believe meaningful progress happens when children feel understood, supported, and empowered to face challenges with confidence. I also partner closely with parents to provide guidance and strategies that support growth outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will take time to understand your child’s experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals for therapy. We will discuss what brings you in, gather important background information, and begin building a trusting relationship. For children and teens, I create a comfortable space to get to know them while developing a collaborative treatment plan with parents.
