Great to meet you!

I bring over a decade of professional experience to therapy along with my own life experiences, empathy, understanding, and hopefully a little humor along the way.

While my license is as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to live my own life as authentically and intentionally as I can as a parent, family member, and friend—and I bring those same values into the therapy room.

I believe every person has a story worth telling and deserves to feel heard without judgment. It is truly an honor to witness the strength and resilience my clients possess, and I never take for granted the trust they place in me by allowing me to be part of their journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and client-centered care. I recognize the many roles people take on in their daily lives and the pressures that often come with them. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

By incorporating evidence-based therapies, psychoeducation, and collaborative goal setting, my goal is to support your journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and overall well-being. Together, we'll work to strengthen your existing coping and communication skills while creating meaningful, lasting change with authenticity and intentionality.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply the beginning of getting to know each other. My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We'll also begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you and discuss how we can work together moving forward. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with the reassurance that you don't have to navigate life's challenges, successes, and everything in between on your own.
