Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping people move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed toward a greater sense of balance, connection, and possibility. Drawing on over ten years of clinical experience, I am committed to helping individuals and families build resilience, heal from past experiences, and create lasting positive change. I believe in each person’s innate capacity for resilience and transformation, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where meaningful progress can unfold.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple. I focus on helping clients build upon their existing strengths while developing practical tools for coping, connection, and emotional resilience. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful catalyst for change—grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration. My goal is to support clients as they make meaningful changes and reach their goals, at their own pace and in their own way.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, direct, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences and challenges openly. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, practical strategies for managing life’s difficulties, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My hope is that each session offers a sense of reflection, relief, and forward movement—no matter how big or small.

If you feel I might be a good fit for you or your family, I welcome you to reach out. Together, we can begin the process of creating meaningful and lasting change.
