Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with teens ages 16+, adults, and couples. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years supporting children, teens, and families as a school counselor, which gave me a strong foundation in helping people navigate trauma, emotional development, and relationships.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, communication, emotion regulation, parenting, and relationship challenges. As a mom of two, I am passionate about helping other moms understand how their own past experiences influence their parenting and relationships. I truly enjoy supporting moms as they navigate the emotional and mental challenges of motherhood, identity transitions, and evolving family dynamics, while fostering greater self-awareness, deeper connection, and lasting confidence along the way. Motherhood is a deeply emotional journey and moms deserve support at every phase.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, direct, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. While my primary clinical background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I collaborate with each client to develop a treatment approach that reflects their experiences and strengths, thoughtfully integrating techniques from other evidence-based modalities—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work—when appropriate.

I believe a strong foundation of trust and connection is essential for meaningful therapeutic growth. I focus on building rapport so that you feel safe being yourself, while also helping you develop practical tools to better understand and navigate your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main focus is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, any important background information, and what you hope to gain from our work together!
