Great to meet you!

As a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapist, I’m here to support you in discovering your strengths and creating a life that feels meaningful to you. We can’t change the past, but we can work together to better understand what’s going on now and find practical ways forward. Using a mix of approaches, we’ll explore patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, and gently work toward shifts that bring more clarity, confidence, and peace. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where real growth can happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which means we’ll focus on what’s going on in the present while also exploring patterns that might be holding you back. I’m interactive in sessions—we’ll talk, reflect, and problem-solve together, always at a pace that feels right for you. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with an emphasis on building resilience and self-trust. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more equipped to navigate whatever life is throwing their way. I focus on creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can talk openly and work together toward practical solutions. Whether we’re untangling anxious thoughts, exploring relationship dynamics, or processing big life changes, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and feel more grounded in yourself. We’ll set realistic, meaningful goals that align with what matters most to you—and we’ll celebrate growth along the way, no matter how big or small.
