Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with seven years of experience. I’ve worked in addiction treatment, community mental health (where I facilitated DBT groups), and private practice. My work focuses on ADHD, anxiety, and supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients—especially those who have felt misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or worn down by the mental health system. I also provide ADHD Diagnostic Assessments as a stand-alone service, visit www.flexcounselingpnw.com for more information. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience (hello, ADHD brain) into the room, and I value therapy that feels warm, collaborative, and genuinely human—where you don’t have to perform to be supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, relational, and affirming, attending to the mind, body, identity, relationships, and lifestyle as interconnected parts of the whole. I draw from IFS, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic and nervous system informed practices. My style is honest, collaborative, and a little quirky. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain works, building genuine self-compassion, and creating a life that actually fits you without overwhelming your nervous system in the process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting comfortable, answering your questions, and starting to understand your story—no pressure and no diving into the deep end. We’ll talk about what’s been hard, what you want support with, and begin clarifying goals and values together. You can expect a space that feels safe, affirming, and human—where you can show up as you are, take a breath, and know there’s no “right way” to be here.
