Great to meet you!

My name is Allison. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse professional background. I have worked with various populations, including those who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship problems, addiction, domestic violence, and crisis.

I began my career working with Domestic Violence survivors, Troubled Youth, Active-Duty Military personnel, Military Children, Spouses, and at a Forensic Psychiatric Hospital.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, strength-based, eclectic psychotherapy approach, which means I adapt therapy to the unique needs of each client. This adaptability allows me to meet the diverse needs of my clients

What you can expect from our first session

My clients often share that they feel better after just one session and liken our conversation to chatting with a friend. However, they also recognize the growth that has taken place. You can expect us to focus on building rapport initially, as I'm eager to hear your story. My utmost priority is ensuring you never feel unheard or uncomfortable but valued and respected in your session.
