I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and more than 25 years of experience in child welfare, schools, psychiatric hospitals, crisis hotlines, home health, and community mental health agencies. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and multicultural, with a special focus on helping individuals move through anxiety, depression, and fear. I believe in honoring each person’s unique story and walking alongside you as you build resilience, embrace your purpose, and find peace.
