Great to meet you!

Seeking support is a courageous first step.

I believe the best care comes from a collaborative partnership built on trust, compassion, and open communication. We'll work to better understand your experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

I work especially well with individuals who are ready, or becoming ready, to actively engage in their care. You don't need to feel motivated every day, but a willingness to take one step at a time can lead to meaningful and lasting change. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that supports not only symptom relief but also intentional healing and long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

I provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults seeking lasting change. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with supportive therapeutic interventions, including psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to each individual's needs. I provide a collaborative, judgment-free environment. I believe in meeting people where they are while working together toward meaningful, sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a collaborative relationship. We'll take time to discuss what brought you to treatment, your current concerns, your medical and mental health history, and what you hope to achieve. You don't have to have everything figured out before your first appointment. My role is to meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward at a pace that feels realistic and supportive.
