Great to meet you!

I have been providing counseling services for over 20 years. My experience started during my internships working with children in the juvenile justice system and then working with domestic violence survivors. After graduating with my Master's degree, I spent 3 years working at a domestic violence shelter, overseeing case management and children's services while completing my counseling license. I then spent 12 years working in education, providing crisis counseling services. I left education in 2019 and have been offering teletherapy counseling services to adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my approach to therapy, I strive to create a space where you can feel heard and supported every step of the way. It is very important to me that you feel heard in therapy. We'll explore ways to move forward that feel right to you. This is a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to work through your concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

The primary goal of therapy is to equip you with tools to help you better manage your situation. I will start by understanding your history and what concerns bring you to therapy. We will develop a plan to support you and introduce ways to address your concerns as we continue with therapy.
