Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2010 and have since worked in a variety of outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences and grow. You are the expert on your life, and I serve as a supportive guide, helping you navigate challenges while fostering growth and change.

I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients experiencing:

  • Depression.
  • Anxiety.
  • Adjustment & Life Transitions.
  • Relationship Challenges.

I balance meeting clients where they are with offering guidance and constructive feedback to help achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey - I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you navigate any bumps along the road toward healing and personal growth.

If you’re looking for a trauma-informed, compassionate therapist, I’d be honored to work with you.
